Welcome to ReadySetBuild™ (“ReadySetBuild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all programs, products, services, resources, forms, communities, and websites operated by ReadySetBuild (collectively, the “Services”), including but not limited to coaching programs, digital tools, forms, and online learning environments.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before accessing or using any part of our website or digital ecosystem.

Definitions

For clarity throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“ReadySetBuild,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to ReadySetBuild™, its affiliates, and authorized representatives.
“Client,” “you,” or “user” refers to any individual or organization accessing or using ReadySetBuild’s programs, tools, coaching, or community platforms.
“Services” include all websites, coaching programs, digital products, assessments, AI tools, events, and community spaces operated or facilitated by ReadySetBuild.
“Coaching” within the ReadySetBuild ecosystem refers to both directive and non-directive approaches:
- Directive coaching may include strategic recommendations, frameworks, or implementation guidance rooted in business and leadership best practices.
- Non-directive executive coaching aligns with International Coaching Federation (ICF) principles, emphasizing awareness, reflection, and client-generated solutions.
- ReadySetBuild coaches may blend both approaches, depending on each client’s context, readiness, and objectives.
“Consulting” refers to structured advisory work where ReadySetBuild provides professional opinions, models, and systems to help guide implementation.
“Digital Content” includes but is not limited to worksheets, frameworks, templates, guides, videos, AI-assisted tools, and other educational materials.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website (readysetbuild.ca) or any ReadySetBuild product, service, or community, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Nature of Services

ReadySetBuild provides educational content, coaching, tools, and resources designed to support entrepreneurs, founders, and business professionals in personal and professional growth.
We offer:

1:1 and group coaching programs
Online learning tools and digital downloads
Community access and peer engagement
AI-enhanced business planning tools and forms hosted through Zoho and other secure platforms

Our Services are for informational, educational, and developmental purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice (e.g., legal, financial, psychological, or medical).
Certain engagements also include directive coaching, strategic consulting, and implementation guidance, delivered through structured frameworks and proven business systems.

3. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

ReadySetBuild’s programs, coaching, and resources are designed to provide you with education, guidance, and practical tools to accelerate personal and business growth.
However, you acknowledge that your results depend on many variables outside our control — including your own decisions, consistency, mindset, skill development, available resources, and market conditions.

While ReadySetBuild coaches may offer strategic direction, recommendations, and proven frameworks, these are intended as guidance — not promises.
We do not and cannot guarantee:

Specific income, revenue, or profit results;
Business outcomes such as client acquisition, funding, or growth milestones; or
Personal transformations or behavioral changes within any particular timeframe.

You understand and agree that:

Any case studies, examples, or testimonials shared are illustrations of what is possible when material is effectively applied, not a guarantee that you will achieve the same.
Coaching, consulting, and training are supportive in nature; you remain solely responsible for your actions, implementation, and the consequences of those choices.
ReadySetBuild, its affiliates, coaches, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from your participation or reliance on our Services.

Your success ultimately depends on your own engagement, follow-through, and alignment between insight and action.

4. Coaching Relationship

ReadySetBuild provides a hybrid coaching and consulting service. Our approach integrates both directive and non-directive methods, depending on the context, goals, and readiness of each client.

You acknowledge that:

Directive coaching and consulting may include strategic recommendations, frameworks, templates, or specific action steps designed to accelerate progress and implementation.
Non-directive executive coaching sessions follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) philosophy, focusing on awareness, reflection, and self-generated insight. In these engagements, coaches facilitate thinking rather than provide answers.
The balance between directive and non-directive methods will be determined collaboratively to best serve your objectives.
All business, financial, and personal decisions remain your responsibility. Coaching and consulting through ReadySetBuild do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and applying strategies in a manner suitable to your circumstances, and ReadySetBuild is not liable for the results of those choices.

While our coaches strive to help you achieve measurable, meaningful outcomes, we make no guarantees of specific results. Your progress depends on your own effort, discipline, and follow-through, as well as factors outside our control.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided — including frameworks, worksheets, guides, videos, presentations, and templates — are the intellectual property of ReadySetBuild and its licensors.

You may use these materials for personal and professional development only.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, reproduce, or modify any content without written permission.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

6. User Accounts and Access

You may be required to create an account to access some Services. You agree to:

Provide accurate information during registration;
Keep your login credentials confidential;
Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate or harmful conduct.

7. Community Guidelines

If you participate in the ReadySetBuild community (including Discord, Slack, or private channels), you agree to:

Maintain a respectful, constructive tone.
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or solicitation.
Not post confidential, copyrighted, or inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to moderate or remove any participant who fails to uphold these standards.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment platforms.
Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

All payments are final and non-refundable.
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all installments.
Access to materials may be revoked for missed payments or chargebacks.

Custom refund policies (if applicable) will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

ReadySetBuild collects and stores user data via Zoho One applications (Forms, CRM, WorkDrive, Books, Meeting, and Flow), as well as integrated third-party tools such as Google Calendar and WordPress.
We collect this data to:

Personalize your experience and communications;
Deliver purchased or requested products and services;
Improve content, functionality, and security.
Client-submitted information may also be used to personalize coaching recommendations, strategic guidance, and progress tracking, all stored securely within the Zoho ecosystem.

Data is handled in compliance with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and other applicable regulations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

10. Third-Party Links and Integrations

Our website and tools may contain links or integrations to third-party services (e.g., Zoho, Stripe, Google, Canva, etc.).
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of these third parties.
Use of external services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ReadySetBuild and its affiliates, directors, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising from your use or inability to use our Services.
This limitation of liability applies even when recommendations, templates, or strategies are provided by ReadySetBuild coaches or consultants and implemented by the client.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReadySetBuild from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your actions, reliance on materials, or breach of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Nanaimo or Victoria, BC.
