Why Take This Assessment?

Starting and Growing a business isn’t about having all the answers on day one.
It’s about knowing where you stand and what to build next. The Founder Readiness Profile gives you a clear, research-based score across the 11 domains, built on:

• Venture Accelerator Playbooks;
• Investor Evaluation Frameworks; and
• Founder Psychology Research.

In plain terms: the exact same factors venture capitalists, startup accelerators, and leadership psychologists use to decide who’s ready to scale. This is the Gold Standard in Entrepreneurial Readiness.

Why It Matters

Every founder who works with us uses this tool again and again. Not because their first score tells the whole story, but because entrepreneurship is about progress over time.

Founders re-take the profile regularly to:

• Spot blind spots before they become costly mistakes.
• Identify new growth areas as they level up.
• Stay accountable to continuous improvement.

Think of it like a fitness tracker for your founder journey. Nobody expects you to be perfect from the start. What matters is steady progress, and this assessment shows you exactly where to apply your effort to get the biggest results.

🧭 Founder Readiness Scale

Readiness Level Description
🟦 Stage 5 — Exceptional Readiness You exhibit founder-level clarity, capability, and execution planning. You’re primed for scale or investor-level validation. This is elite territory.
🟩 Stage 4 — High Readiness You demonstrate strong understanding and preparedness. You’re likely ready to start or refine execution, with only minor adjustments needed.
🟨 Stage 3 — Moderate Readiness You show a good grasp of core startup elements. Some refinement and deeper strategy are needed before execution. You’re getting close to launch-readiness.
🟧 Stage 2 — Emerging Readiness You’ve started forming ideas and foundations, but there are key gaps in understanding or structure. Focus on validating your market and sharpening your plan.
🟥 Stage 1 — Low Readiness You’re in the early discovery phase. Your focus should be on clarity — defining your idea, your “why,” and your target direction before moving forward.

Founder Readiness Profile FAQs

Q1 – Is this like a DISC or personality test?
A1 – Not exactly. Unlike DISC,the FRP is not a personality test. It’s a competency and mindset readiness assessment built around entrepreneurial success factors.

It looks at the skills, behaviours, and mindsets that correlate with startup success, not fixed personality traits. The goal is to identify where someone is strong or underdeveloped in the practical areas that determine entrepreneurial performance and then set them on a path to improve.

Q2 – Do I need to take all three versions (FRP-1000, FRP-400, FRP-120)?
A2 – No. Each version is the same assessment offered at different levels of depth.
Choose the one that matches how much insight you want:

• FRP-120 gives you a quick overview — perfect if you’re just starting or exploring the idea of entrepreneurship.
• FRP-400 offers a focused analysis to help you understand your core strengths and growth areas.
• FRP-1000 is the gold standard — the full-scale diagnostic used to benchmark founder success across all 10 entrepreneurial domains.

Your results stay compatible across all versions, so it’s best to start at the level that matches how detailed you want your insight to be.
If you’re serious about building or scaling a business, go for FRP-1000.
It’s the most comprehensive and accurate picture of your founder readiness.

Q3 – How long does it take to complete?
A3 – Here are our rough estimates:
• FRP-120: About 5–7 minutes
• FRP-400: Around 20–25 minutes
• FRP-1000: Roughly 40–60 minutes
Each version provides important results once you finish.

Q4 – What do I get after completing it?
A4 – You’ll receive a detailed profile outlining your strengths, gaps, and growth areas across 10 entrepreneurial dimensions like leadership, resilience, risk tolerance, and execution discipline.
You’ll also get personalized recommendations and free tools to start improving right away.

Q5 – Who is this for?
A5 – Anyone serious about building themselves as a business leader or Founder — whether you’re still employed and exploring, already running a startup, or leading a growing company.
The FRP helps you understand how ready you are to build, and where to focus next for momentum and success at the beginning and throughout the entrepreneurial journey.
